ACCESS AIDS Care makes every effort to secure funds through governmental grants, foundation grants and our signature fundraising events. Each year our agency is able to expand and add more programs as a result of your contributions and our outreach efforts. Donations from the community are greatly appreciated and significantly assist in our mission of fighting HIV/AIDS in the Hampton Roads area. We are extremely thankful for the support of our community members and businesses. If you are interested in making a tax-deductible donation, please click the donate button in the right column.

More than 85% of your contribution goes directly to providing services and support for our families and clients.
 
ACCESS AIDS Care accepts all kinds of donations and we encourage each donor to find the donation type and amount that is right for them. When considering to make a larger contribution commitment to the agency, there are several ways you can do so. If you are considering making a donation to ACCESS AIDS Care, we would very much appreciate and accept any of the following:
 
Cash Donations: Use our secure online donation system to donate cash directly using your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card. Click here to make an online donation now.
 
  • Memorial/Honorariums Contributions: If you would like to make a contribution to ACCESS AIDS Care in memory or honor of someone, please note to whom your gift is in honor or memory of on the donation. Your memorial/honorarium recipient will be notified of your gift; the amount of the gift will not be shared.
  • Workplace Giving: ACCESS AIDS Care is a United Way agency. If your company has a United Way program, you can designate ACCESS AIDS Care as your charity of choice. Ask your employer how you can make a tax-deductible donation directly from your paycheck and if they offer a matching gift program.

  • Monthly Giving: Join our monthly giving program by choosing any amount you would like to give each month. You can choose to have your credit card charged monthly and receive a receipt of your total annual giving.
  • NAP Tax Credits:  Individuals and businesses that make a sizeable contribution receive Virginia State tax credits that are equal to 65% of their donation. Tax Credits are available to individuals that make cash contributions of at least $500.  Businesses may receive tax credits for 65% of their total contribution, however, the minimum for a business contribution is $1,000.   • Planned Gifts: No matter what size your donation, asset contribution or estate may be, we value your intention and decision to leave a lasting gift to help us build a secure future. Requests are the most common and easiest way to leave a legacy with ACCESS AIDS Care.
